I'm Dimitra, a multidisciplinary designer and operations leader who turns the invisible into the experiential. With a 10-year background in F&B management, I apply systems thinking and sensory design to translate complex, intangible inputs from service systems to neural data into brand identities, spatial environments, and digital experiences that people can feel.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, aesthetics, and lived experience. I believe design is not decoration — it is the architecture of how people move through the world, what they feel in a space, and what they carry long after they've left.
